Workouts

Current year members of the Sacramento Triathlon Club may organize their own workouts and display them here for others to join.

STC hosts a variety of Workouts for current members in a variety of locations.  Each of our Board Members is active in the sport, & leads regular swim/bike/run workouts.  Our Sponsors, Affiliate Coaches, & fellow Members also host workouts, which are offered for free or at a discounted rate to STC Members.  So please check our Workout Calendar for details & updates.

In addition to the STC Group Workouts listed below, STC Group Workouts are also organized and posted by members on STC Yahoo! Groups. If you haven’t joined STC Yahoo! Groups, now is the time to sign up for STC Yahoo Groups.

If the Calendar Workouts do not fit your schedule or training plan, check our Yahoo! Group. Current Members use this popular feature to find training partners & to organize workouts geared toward a specific race or location, including Tuesday night McKinley bricks, Auburn workouts, & Vineman training rides to name a few.

So whether you are new to the sport or a seasoned veteran, STC has a workout for you!

Submit a Workout

To submit a workout please use our Online Workout Submission form. Once received by the Webmaster, the information will be posted below as soon as possible.

Important Notes:

  • STC’s Workouts are available to current STC Members Only.
  • All attending must be physically up to the task of any STC workout they choose to participate in. If unsure about the difficulty level, be sure to confirm with the Workout Leader.
  • Most Workouts require an RSVP to the Workout Leader.
