Mark Cavallaro

Mark has been personal training clients for 15 years and finds it very rewarding to show and teach others the benefits of a healthy, active lifestyle. He’s worked with persons rehabbing from injury and illness, those trying to simply get back in shape and elite athletes. Mark is a true coach at heart. He has coached high school basketball and baseball and has coached many adult athletes to successfully compete in triathlon and other endurance sports. 
 
Raised in the SF Bay Area, Mark has always been an athlete. His involvement in sports started at a young age and continued through his college baseball days. For the past two decades, Mark has been competing in triathlons. In addition to countless races throughout the country, he’s completed ten Ironman Triathlons including qualifying and completing three Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii. He was a USA Triathlon All-American in 2004 and 2005. 
 
Mark holds a BS in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Nutrition from San Jose State University. He is a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has held a number of positions in the fitness industry including personal training and club management in private and public gym settings, equipment sales, and in physical therapy and massage settings. 
 
Mark owns Fitness Together Roseville with his wife Amy. However, the real bosses are at home, their son Dominic and two dogs, Kona and Tango. They live in Roseville.
